Your FoxyProxy accounts come with both proxy and VPN service.<\/p>\n

These instructions explain how to connect to your VPN accounts using a method called IPSec. Only do this if you cannot use our FoxyProxy Android app<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These instructions are for Android 4. They also work with other versions, but the screens are a little different.<\/p>\n

1. Click the Applications Menu button then click Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. In the Settings<\/strong> screen, go to WIRELESS & NETWORKS and click the <strongmore…< strong=””> button. Next, click on the VPN<\/strong> button to setup the VPN.

3. Click the +<\/strong> button.\"add_vpn\"<\/a><\/p>\n

4. Enter the following information:<\/p>\n

1. Name<\/strong> – You can type anything here. For example, “Argentina VPN”
\n2. Type<\/strong> – Select IPSec Xauth PSK<\/strong>
\n3. Server Address<\/strong> – Your FoxyProxy Server Name or IP Address
\nIPSec Identifier<\/strong> – leave blank\/empty
\n4. IPSec Preshared key<\/strong> – Type “foxyproxy<\/strong>” without the quotes.<\/p>\n

Click Save<\/strong> to permanently store the IPSec VPN Connection.<\/p>\n

5. Click on the VPN connection you created to connect to it.<\/p>\n

You will be prompted to enter your FoxyProxy username and password.

6. If the connection is successful, you should see this screen:<\/p>\n

7. To confirm that everything is working, visit https:\/\/getfoxyproxy.org\/geoip\/<\/a> and ensure it says a different IP address from what you expect.
